Born June 28, 1962 in Trenton, Missouri to Jack Matterson Turner and Alma (Fiscus) Turner. Lloyd graduated from Southwest High School in 1980. After high school he joined the Army where he learned how to weld. Lloyd moved to Wathena, Kansas after the Army where he lived until 2013 when he moved to Warsaw to help with the care of his mother Alma.
Lloyd was preceded in death by His father Jackie M. Turner, Chuck Turner, and Sister Janie Eads. He is survived by his children Lucas Turner, Christopher Turner, David Turner, and Kelly Turner. Mother Alma Smith, Brother Jackie Turner, Sisters Patty Mills, Jeannie Abner, and Tammy Curtis along with numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
