Lois Joann Dunne, of Livonia, MI, passed December 12, 2024. 

Lois JoAnn was born to Daniel and Catherine O’Donnell, May 6, 1940, in Detroit Michigan. She married John Patrick Dunne in 1962 and spent 56 years living together in Livonia, MI. Together they raised 4 children. 

She leaves as her legacy her son Brendan Dunne, granddaughter Haley (Kyle), great granddaughter Thea. Daughter Brigid Breen (Mike) grandchildren Kerry and Liam Breen. Daughter Cathy Buck (Dave) grandson Troy Corley. Son John Dunne (Satya) grandson Rowan. A cherish sister Maureen Lesinsky. 

Lois JoAnn was preceded in death by her loving husband John Patrick Dunne, parents Daniel and Catherine O’Donnell, sister Mary Catherine Stanis and Patricia Slinder, brothers Daniel O’Donnell, Tim Nobel, and Tom Noble. 

Lois Joann was a Michigan Bell operator until she decided to make her family her focus. She loved her family and believed a great meal around the kitchen table with a lot of laugher and love was her greatest joy. Lois was a devote catholic and wonderful friend to many. 

A memorial mass is scheduled for Saturday, January 4, 2024, 10:30 am at Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church at 17116 Olympia, Redford MI 48240. Fr. Socorro will officiate the ceremony.
