Lois Hoving

Lois M. Hoving age 75, of Holland, died Wednesday, March 15, 2016 at Resthaven, surrounded by her husband and daughters. She was a member of Trinity Reformed Church and worked as a Registered Nurse at Birchwood Manor for 30 years. She enjoyed knitting, reading and singing in the church choir. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband and playing games with family. Lois is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert; daughters, Mary Jo and Ron Payne of Mitchell, IN., Jeanne and Rob Dannenberg of Holland, Missy and Reg Coulter of Oxford, MI.; 4 grandchildren, Kayla and Nate Hoffmeier, Ian Payne, Samantha and Hunter Ruthven, Alani Dannenberg; sister and brothers, Ruthann and Gord Bouws of Hudsonville, Bill and Jan Brondyke of Marquette, Chuck and Sandy Brondyke of Las Vegas; in-laws, Arla and Don Carroll of Borculo, Sherwood and Marcia Hoving of Zeeland, Loren and Arla Hoving of Miner Lake; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 20, 2017 at Trinity Reformed Church, 712 Apple Ave. Holland with Rev. Deb Yurk officiating. Interment will be in Graafschap Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday, March 19, at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E. 16th St. Holland.
