Lois I. Lindgren, age 97, went to be with her heavenly Father on October 13, 2025 at Ebenezer Ridges Assisted Living in Burnsville. A private graveside service will be held at Cambridge Union Cemetery. The family requests no flowers.

Lois Irene Lindgren was born July 22, 1928 in Hooppole, Illinois to Frank and Johanna (Doescher) Adams. Her childhood was spent on the family farm in the area. She married Carl Wickberg September 9, 1944 in Rockton, IL. Shortly after their marriage, Carl served in the Navy overseas during World War II. Ken was born while Carl was away at war. After Carl returned from his Navy service, the family moved to South St. Paul, MN where Jim was born. They lived in South St. Paul for many years. After Carl passed away, Lois continued to live in their family home. In 1983 she met and married Clayton Lindgren. They moved to Wisconsin and lived there in several homes until they moved to Lindstrom, MN where they lived until Clayton's passing. Lois then moved to Bayview Apartments in Center City, MN. She will be greatly missed by all those who loved her.

Lois went to be with her heavenly Father on October 13, 2025 at Ebenezer Ridges Assisted Living in Burnsville at the age of 97 years, 2 months and 21 days. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Carl Wickberg and Clayton Lindgren; son, James Wickberg; step-son-in-law, Dallas Sundermeyer; grandsons, Carl Wickberg and Patrick Lindgren; great-grandson, Anthony Wickberg and 14 siblings.

She is survived by her son, Ken Wickberg of St. Paul Park; four step-children, Julie (David) Davis, Gary (Cheryl) Lindgren, Steve (Mary) Lindgren, Janet Sundermeyer; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and by many other relatives and friends.
