Mrs. Lois Mae Bean was born to the late Sanford and Myrtle Ryles on December 11, 1945 in Pike County AL. She joined Holly Springs Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. Mrs. Bean was United in Holy Matrimony with the late Johnny L. Bean.
On Thursday, December 14, 2023, she was called from life to eternal rest. Lois will be greatly missed by her loving family and close friends. A memorial service will be at 11:00am on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Green Hills Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny L . Bean; parents, Sandford and Myrtle Ryles; her sister, Dianne Blair; brothers, Charles and Johnny Frank Ryles; son-in-law, Thomas E. Crawley; and granddaughter, Ravean Brundidge.
She leaves to cherish her memory, 2 daughters, Mrs. Sharon E. Crawley, and Ms. Wanda L Bean; 4 sons, Michael L. Bean, Anthony Bean, Rev. Feagon L. Bean all of Troy , AL, and Travis (Sabrina) Bean, of Dothan, AL. A special daughter Catherine Jordan, Troy, Al. 15 grandchildren and 13 Great- great grandchildren; sister, Hazel Bean, Anderson, IN; brothers, WIllie(Veronica) Ryles, Roy (Annie) Ryles all of Troy , AL. and Saford Ryles of New Jersey; sister-in-laws, Wilma Bean of Troy, AL, Ruth King, and Mary Bean Anderson, IN; brother-in-laws; Williams Bean (Anderson, IN), WIllie CP (Carolyn) Bean of Troy, AL. Aunt Lucille (Homer) Wright and Uncle Clifford Berry of Troy, AL.
The Family of Mrs. Lois Mae Bean wishes to express their sincere gratitude for all acts of kindness and love shown in their time of sorrow. Each Gesture of kindness has been a source of Comfort and strength. May God Forever bless you.
