Born: October 15, 1941 in Palatine, IL
Died: August 9, 2025 in Woodstock, IL
Lois J. Reiser, 83, of Woodstock, passed away August 9, 2025, at Hearthstone Manor in Woodstock.
She was born October 15, 1941, in Palatine, the daughter of Henry and Elvira (Heide) Freise. Lois married Floyd Reiser on October 5, 1991, in Marengo. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Marengo.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Donny Freise, Chris Freise, Lori Freise, Joni Freise, David Freise, and Teri Sue (Mike) Herff.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Floyd on Jan. 15, 2004; and brothers, Henry, Kenneth and Donald Freise.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Aug. 14th at Zion Lutheran Church, 412 Jacson Street in Marengo from 9:00 – 10:45 AM with an 11:00 AM. service.
Burial will follow in the McHenry County Memorial Park in Woodstock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the church.
