Lola Bradshaw Obituary

May 1933 was a great year. On the 29th of May 1933, Lambert and Emma Fryar gave birth to Lola Mae Fryar. The 1st of 8 blessed children. Lola was a good child, as the oldest she helped her parents as best she could with her younger siblings. As she grew older, she was employed by Bell Corporation and AT&T, Webb's candy, other small jobs after retirement. She married Robert Bradshaw, of North Carolina, were married 39 years, and had 2 children of their own, Jeannine and Michael, and 1 grandson, Anthony W. Redman. They resided in Boerne, Texas. She really enjoyed spending time with her many friends, gardening, coast trips, assembling/painting little projects at home or just taking a drive in the hill country towns for lunch and ice cream or candy store hopping. Her most pride and joy was taking care of her husband, children and grandson. Her actions as a sister, wife, mother and friend expanded and I can attest to this by comments made by family and friends. She was loving, devoted, dedicated, honest, caring, and when the time arose, and by her own admission, stubborn. She was always willing to help others and remember them on occasions of celebration. She was and is by any definition, a true angel. Robert passed away in 1993, and as the strong individual that she was, continued her actions as able, to help and assist others as best she could. All who met her, said how much she was loved. We are so extremely fortunate to have had her in our lives. It is with much sadness that Lola Mae passed away on 8-13-2025, she was and is at peace, and now joins her husband, family and friends to be wrapped in the arms with hugs from the Angels and THE LORD. She will be missed by many and always loved. Love you mom...all who knew her. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 12:00pm at the funeral home chapel, with interment to follow at Mission Burial Park North.
