Lora Scott Obituary
Lora impacted countless lives through her dedication to family, fitness, friends, and faith. "Mimi" loved to spend time with her grandchildren and family. As a personal trainer, she was well known for creating an environment of encouragement and challenge. Her relationships with her clients became friendships she cherished. In a life that was equal parts joy and difficulty, Lora remained deeply rooted in her faith. She could light up a room with her infectious laugh and magical smile and was an inspiration to many. I just found out about Mrs, Lora. I grew up with her grandson, Wil, and have a few memories with her. I am shocked to see she is gone, and so heartbroken of the news. She was always the host we all wanted to be and her recipes were spot on each time. I´m so thankful I was able to get her kale soup recipe and wish I could have had more time to know the rest of her secrets in the kitchen. My thoughts are with Chip, Shannon, Wil, and the rest of the family. May her positive spirit carry with each of you. She was a diamond in the rough

Lora was a wonderful lady that I had the pleasure of knowing. She was a wonderful step-mom to Shannan Lee and a great Mimi to Wil. I know that all her family will miss her. May she rest in peace until we meet again.

I had the fortune of getting to know Lora through her fitness classes. She was amazing, funny and down-to-earth. She challenged and pushed us. Although I only knew her for about 2 years, she was an inspiration. Lora was one of those people who come into our lives and truly touches us. Rest in peace Lora.

Lora was my sister-in-law for 36 years. She was one of a kind and good for my brother. She was a loving woman that accepted anybody that came into her life. She treated everybody like family. I love the way she was with the family and her grandchildren she was just full of love for everybody. Lora, you are definitely missed. I wish I had gotten to see you more often. Thank you for being who you are. And thank you for loving my brother and taking care of my father. When he was ill there was no end what you do for your family or anyone else that crossed your path. Rest in peace Lora love you, Ruby.
