Loree had an amazing sense of humor and enjoyed time with her family. Her favorite hobby was shopping the mall, grocery store, or any other retail establishment. She was blessed to live a long, healthy and active life. She leaves many memories to cherish.
Loree is survived by her daughter, Vicky Carter, from Rock Hill, and Shirley Carter, whom she referred to as her 'other daughter.' She leaves behind three grandchildren, Daniel James Corley, Kimberly Carter Hildreth, and Christen Carter Sifontes, and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dalton Brown, her son, Ray J. Carter, Junior, and grandson, Ray J. Carter, III. In addition, she was predeceased by her brothers, Olin Barrett, LC Barrett, David Barrett, and Billy Wayne Barrett. She loved her caregivers and looked forward to their visits. The family would like to thank her caregivers, Kathleen Clifton, Susan Atkinson, and Tammy Hudson, for their love, care, and support over the past years.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at Catawba Baptist Church, located at 1450 South Anderson Road, Rock Hill, SC, 29730. The family will receive friends at 10:15 AM with the service beginning at 11:00 AM.

So sorry to hear about Mrs. Brown. She was my sister Pat roommate at WOM. I did not realize that I knew Mrs. Brown from a long time ago. I use to go to the Fiesta. She was always a beautiful and very kind person. God be with y'all during this time.
