Loren Christopher Beres, Age 62, passed away on October 25, 2025.
We come together today to honor the life of Loren Christopher Beres, a man whose passion and courage left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew him. Born on November 15, 1962, in Chicago, IL, Loren's journey through life was one of dedication, love, and patriotism. On October 25, 2025, at the age of 62, Loren passed away in Hinsdale, IL, due to a stroke, leaving behind a legacy of resilience and service.
Loren's life was a testament to the values he held dear. He was a beacon of strength and protection, devoting his career to law enforcement, where he served with honor and distinction. His commitment to upholding the law and ensuring the safety of his community was unwavering, and his work touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on all he encountered.
He leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory: his children, Loren Beres, Bianka Beres, and Brandon Divinere, his significant other, Priscilla Binzel as well as his nephew, Alex Paglinawan. Though he now joins his late parents, Casmir and Ann Beres, his spirit will live on through the lives of those he loved. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Beyond his professional achievements, Loren was a man of many interests. He was an avid enthusiast of cars, guns, and cigars, finding joy in the finer details and craftsmanship of each. Loren was also the neighborhood's unofficial caretaker of beauty, meticulously caring for his lawn and landscaping, ensuring that every blade of grass was as perfect as the next.
One of Loren's most cherished traditions was his annual Fourth of July party. A true patriot at heart, he loved celebrating the nation's independence with friends and family, his home echoing with laughter and the spirit of freedom.
Those who knew Loren would describe him as a man who was not only passionate and courageous but also incredibly handy. There was no task too big or too small that he wouldn't tackle with his signature determination. Loren's hands were rarely still, always working on a project or lending help to a neighbor in need.
As we say goodbye to Loren Christopher Beres, we reflect on a life lived with fervor and bravery. His legacy is one of love, service, and an unwavering commitment to the values he held dear.
