Loren Patrick Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Brookehill Funeral Home on Jan. 7, 2026.
Loren (Pat) A. Patrick was born in Madison, Wisconsin, on January 9, 1964, and went to be with the Lord on January 2, 2026, at the age of 61. Loren was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a proud veteran; he served his country in the United States Air Force, he loved spending time with his loved ones, enjoyed fishing, and was the family DJ. The party didn't start until he arrived. Loren will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Wesley Lorenzo and Armilla Burnette Patrick. Survivors include his beloved wife Mary Ann Patrick, loving sons Wesley Dane Patrick and his wife Jodi, and Dane Alexander Patrick and his wife Tia Marie, siblings Layna Anette Gates and Lynnae Andrea Lingo, numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.

Visitation will begin on Monday, January 19, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Brookehill Funeral Home with a rosary to begin at 6:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Brookehill Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.

Due to the restriction of the cemetery in lieu of cut flowers, potted plants are welcomed.

I would like to extend my deepest condolences to Pat's friends and family at this difficult time. I worked with Pat at Ultra Maritime and supported him on orders with suppliers as he was in the IT function and I am in procurement. Pat was a wonderful person and easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable in his area of expertise in IT, cyber security, and company networks. He was always very cordial and open to going above and beyond to support others in the company. He will be missed.

I was truly heartbroken to hear of his passing. He wasn´t just a colleague-he was a rare human being that could bring light into any situation. No matter what challenges came up, he stayed positive and focused on finding a way forward. I spoke with and more often than not listened almost daily with my friend and colleague.. great man and will be truly and sadly missed.

I was saddened to hear about his passing. He was one of those rare people who could stay positive no matter what was going on, always looking for a way forward instead of getting stuck in the problem. He could take a joke, make a joke, and somehow lighten the room without even trying.
We´ll miss him - not just for the work he did, but for the person he was. Sixty-one is far too soon, and it´s hard to lose someone who made things better simply by being there.
I´m grateful I had the chance to work with him.

I'm going to miss my big brother and being his baby sis. That hole in my heart will never be filled until I see him again with our Heavenly Father.
