Lorena Bruzzese Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bradley Funeral Home - Marlton on Mar. 6, 2026.
Renee Bruzzese of Somerdale, NJ passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 24, 2026, at 95 years of age.

Born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia, Renee and her late husband, Frank, to whom she was married 73 years, moved to New Jersey in 1974. Although a piece of her heart always remained in Huntington, she loved New Jersey and being so close to the big cities and the Jersey shore. In her younger years Renee modeled and played tennis and bridge with her large social circle. With a flair for homemaking and decorating, Renee loved and excelled at beautifying her home for entertaining. She was involved in volunteer work with the Haddon Fortnightly. Renee worked at the Paparone Group for many years and achieved her Real Estate License in 2006. Wile her beloved screened-in back porch overlooking her pretty gardens was her favorite place, she had many opportunities to travel with Frank on his insurance trips. Known for her southern charm and outstanding culinary skills (no one deep fried garlic bread like Renee), she hosted elaborate dinner and holiday parties for her large circle of friends and family. All were welcome in Renee's home and no one left hungry. Renee will be fondly remembered for her unending dedication to her family and for her strength in facing life's adversities with humor and an open, loving, heart and gentle soul.

Beloved wife of the late Frank Bruzzese. Loving mother of the late Anne Bruzzese-Edwards (Charles), Dominic (Laura), and Angela, and survived by Frank J. Bruzzese (Georgeanne). Caring grandmother of Claire Machen (Bryan), Dominic (Jessica), Joseph, Gianna (Evan), Dante, and Giuliana. Great-grandmother of Hadley, Hudson, Lia, and Luca. Dear sister of Jerry Howard (Binnie) and the late Naomi Cooney.

A Celebration of Life will be held privately for the family.
