Lorena Marie Robbins

Lorena M. Robbins, age 78, of Hart, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at home. She was born January 7, 1938 in Detroit to Vance and Francis Jassamine (Aikens) Rasmussen. Lorena lived in Hart most of her life. She married Ronald Foster who preceded her in death. She married Ronald Robbins in December of 1995. Lorena was employed at Howmet Corporation for many years. She also worked at Hansen's Foods as a cashier. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Robbins, Sr; her children, Gary Foster and Mark Foster; stepchildren, Ronald Robbins II, Tammy (John) Cavanagh, Pam (Darrell) Emerson, Tracy (Darren) Brown and Mark Robbins; her grandchildren, William Foster, Kyle Brown, Cody Brown, Jacob Brown, Cody Robbins, Mitchell Robbins, Matthew Robbins, Dayna Turk, Jonathan Brown and Samantha Emerson; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Vance Rasmussen, Larry Rasmussen, Dick Rasmussen, and Mark Rasmussen; and her sisters, Marjorie Buckhalter, Karen Abbott, Sharon Roberts, Debra McClelland, Denise Rittenhouse, Cathy Holcomb, Terri Rasmussen and Brinda Rasmussen. Lorena was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Randy Foster; an infant son; and brothers, Jack and Ricky Rasmussen. A luncheon gathering will take place on Saturday, March 12th, 1 pm at Elbridge Community Church, 2408 N. 136th Avenue, Hart. There will be no funeral service.
