Survivors include; one son: Eddie Weems of Trumann, Arkansas; one daughter: Melissa Allen (Johnny Allen) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; four grandchildren: Latisha Weems, Hannah Weems, Gage Allen, Dakota Allen; four great grandchildren: Adeline Carter, Willow Estes, Keegan Garrison, Koa Allen; and a host of other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by; her parents: Eldon and Christine (Smalley) Qualls; and seven siblings: Verneil Qualls Goodman, Buddy Qualls, Frank Qualls, William "Bill" Qualls, Dane "Buck" Qualls, Jackie Scalph, Rita Qualls Hickman.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Trumann, Arkansas.
