I had the pleasure, the privilege, of her influence while seving in 87th Troop Command and beyond that. Her dedication to excellence, her integrity, and to the people she served was inspirational. She always had a sense of calm when others might be sidetracked with chaos. It was one of her super powers. Her influence ripples even today.
RI Heavenly Peace, Sweet Lady!

Mrs. Johnson/SFC Johnson was a warm comfort for me many days. I was blessed to work with and learn from her not only on a military level, but also valuable life lessons. She always approached any situation with great compassion and thoughtfulness. I find comfort that she is reunited with her "Honey" and they are now able to "float the river" again.

As you go through life you have people that impact you not just during the time that you work with them but for your entire life. Brenda wa like that for me. She is definitely one of the people who I think about when faced with a decision. She was the epitome of Soldier care and never quit just because the clock said the work day was over. She shared her Wisdom with me and my family and ill be forever grateful that I had the opportunity to know her.

My deepest condolences to the family. I met Brenda years ago, while she served young soldiers throughout her honorable career. What a wonderful & genuine person whom I truly admired & loved. In our extremely unsettling environment she never let race, creed or gender cloud her faith & duty to country. Oh yeah, I´m a black man from Little Rock. Go figure right! Rest in peace my beautiful friend.
