Kathryn Louise Mulkey, 73, of Jonesboro, passed away Feb. 8, 2026.
Born Dec. 27, 1952, in Walnut Ridge, she was the daughter of Harvey and Rethia Bristol. Kathryn retired from Waterloo in Pocahontas and was a devoted member of the Pentecostal faith. Known for her spirit, she never met a stranger and enjoyed sewing and her yard.
She is survived by her children, Tracy Nelson (Phillip) and Jill Lynxwiler; siblings, Caroline Bristol, Charles Bristol, Sherry Hoskins and Shelia Snow (Tim); seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded into eternity by all the family who has gone before her.
Visitation was Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, from 10-11 a.m. in Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Walnut Ridge, with funeral services immediately following at 11 a.m. Interment was in the Lawrence Memorial Park.
