Lorene Faye Bess, age 78, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on April 19, 2024. She was born on September 13, 1945, to the late William Luther Dabbs and Lillian Napier Dabbs.
Lorene enjoyed spending time with her family and watching the Titans football games. She is preceded in death by her parents listed above, her loving husband, Clarence Robert Bess Sr., sons, Clarence Robert Bess Jr. and Steven Lloyd Bess, daughter, Sandra Marie Bess, grandson, Chance Bess Ritchie, and great-grandchild, Kasen Dotson.
Lorene leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter, Tina Ann Talley (Anderson Talley), and her grandchildren, Charles Leach, Amanda Leach, Bridget Dotson, Adam Petty, and Justin Dotson. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, James Myatt, Cameron Goodson, Stephen Dotson, Kolton Leach, Askiya Leach, and Justice Dotson.
A visitation will be held at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home on Thursday, April 25, 2024, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and on Friday, April 26, from 11:30am until the hour of service. The funeral service will begin on Friday, April 26, at 1:30pm with burial to follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
