Lorene George Obituary
August 17, 1946 - June 18, 2025
Lorene M George (nee Heitkamp) was the beloved wife of Lawrence O'toole George. Dear daughter of Lorenz and Irene Heitkamp. Sister to Barbara Boedefeld and Irene Jones. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Lorene taught at Bishop DuBourg for 1 year and at Normandy junior high school for 25 years. Lorene loved the farm life on weekends, traveling and her dogs. After retirement, she spent winters in Gulf Shores. Lorene was passionate about swing dancing and was a member of the Elks lodge. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Stray Resue or the Elks lodge #2058. A memorial mass will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 10:00 am at Immacolata Catholic Church, 8900 Clayton Rd, St Louis MO 63117.
