Mrs. Lorene Glover Seibold

Lorene Seibold, aged 104, died peacefully after a short illness on October 6th, 2025. She spent her girlhood during the Great Depression on a farm adjacent to the Shiloh National Battlefield. She went to business college in Nashville Tennessee and met her to-be husband, John Allen Seibold, a WWII veteran and native of Guntersville. They moved to Guntersville in 1963 with their children, Becky, Sandy and Johnny. Lorene loved gardening, animals, nature, reading and crossword puzzles. She is survived by her two daughters and son-in-law Dr. Dennis Kisiel.
