Loretta was born March 4th, 1950 in Wilson, Oklahoma to Ray Orbin Foutch and Juanita (Henley) Foutch. She grew up in Wilson, Oklahoma and married Alfred Ashley. They made their home in Wilson until his death. Loretta was a member of the Pentecostal Church in Ringling, Oklahoma.
Loretta is preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Juanita Foutch and husband Alfred Ashley. She is survived by her brother John Orbin Foutch and wife LaVonn of Crowder, Oklahoma, niece Michelle Hickerson of Biloxi, Mississippi and family.
Cremation service under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
