Loretta Sue Dabney, 67, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on September 29, 2025 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital.

She was born September 23, 1958 to the late Herman Crutcher and Christine Crutcher. She loved being around her family and making new friends.

Loretta is survived by one daughter, Tabitha Jones of Princeton, Kentucky; three sons, Robert Dabney, Gregory Dabney and Cody Dabney of Louisville, Kentucky; fifteen grandkids; eight great grandkids; one brother, Ronnie Crutcher and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, James Dabney; one son, Michael Dabney; one grandson, James Michael Dabney; two sisters, Alma Diale and Eva Crutcher; three brothers, Junior Crutcher, Bobby Crutcher and Raymond Crutcher; one daughter in law, Amanda Garett and several nieces and nephews.

Her celebration of life service will be Saturday, October 4th at 1:00 p.m. Ratterman Southwest Funeral Home, 4832 Cane Run Rd. with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West at 2:00 p.m.. Her visitation will be 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
