Loretta Mae Spencer

Loretta Mae Spencer was born on August 7, 1946 in Terrell, Texas. She was one of twelve children born to G.W. and Minnie Latham. She went to be with the Lord in her Eternal home, on July 20, 2025.

Loretta spent most of her life as a homemaker. She held the great titles of a wife, mother, nana, sister and aunt. She was the true definition of a friend to all who knew her.

There was nothing on this earth that gave her more joy than serving the Lord and telling others of the Jesus that lived in her heart. She showed others what it meant to have faith the size of a mustard seed. She served her Lord and Savior at Waddill Street Baptist Church in McKinney, Texas for many years.

Loretta is survived by her children. William Earl Spencer(Sonja), Eva Marie Spencer (Brian Swedlund), Jason Ryan Spencer, Kimberly Nicole Crutcher(Terry), Lisia Marie Griffitt(Robert), Harlee Rayne Spencer, and Alyssa Marie Spencer.She is also survived by her grandchildren. William Bryan Spencer, Trenton Daniel Spencer, Trey Turner(Bailee), Cheyenne Patricia Curiel, Tara Nicole Crutcher, Waelyn Anna Mae Spencer, Makayla Hernandez, and Mackenzie Hernandez.

She is survived by a great grandchild, Oaklynn Sage Turner.

Surviving siblings are Ivy Latham(Laura), Rogenia Davidson, Rosa Williams(Ronnie), Neta Latham(Tom), Donald Latham(Meg), Louise Schmid(Tommy), Diane Dalton (John), and Danny Latham.

Loretta is proceeded in death by her husband, Williams Jinnings Bryan Spencer, her dad and mom, brothers Ira and Robert Latham and a sister, Barbara Aaron.

Loretta will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved her.
