I'm sorry to say I called Loretta about 6 months ago. We talked for probably an hour catching up. it had probably been about 8 years She just Loved her Family I could tell, we talked and laughed, it was nice. Before we hung up she told me about her medical problem and thought she would have to go for dialysis. I asked her to call me and she said she would. Probably about a month ago she did call, i was asleep and sort of out of it (i have MS it takes me a while to get myself together) i told her i would call her back. Well sadly somehow i must have forgotten. My daughter told me she had passed last week and it just took my breath away. I'm very upset with myself over this. She was fun, she would actually pick me up at my house and we would go to dinner. She was very caring.
All i can say right now is "never put off until tomorrow what you can do today"
She's up there smiling down on all of us like a Guardian Angel.
Peace,
Bobbi

To Loretta's family,
My deepest condolences on your loss. I worked with Loretta on the night staff for a number of years and she spoke of you all often. I'm sorry for your loss. She was a tough, fun loving person and we had some hilarious times on the 23rd floor. I wish I could have paid my respects in person but wanted to let you know that my heart is with you while you mourn her passing.

To Loretta's Family:
My very sincere concolences for your great loss of your mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
I have so many wonderful memories that dated back to our grade school years. Loretta always made us laugh with all her antics.
I know that she was a very devoted wife to Butch, her children and their families. She cherished her brothers and sister so much.
It is with great sadness that I cannot attend her funeral.
Loretta left us with beautiful memories. That will help us in our grieving process.
Loretta no longer has pain.
Love,
Patsy

Having worked with Loretta since 1987, I have a lot of fond memories of her and her husband. We had a lot of laughs at social functions. Things were never quiet when "Big Red" was around. May your sorrow be lessened by the happy memories of her.
