Loretta Dean “PeeWee” Williams, 80, of Johnson City, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, February 6, 2026.
A lifelong resident of Johnson City, PeeWee was born on October 31, 1945, to the late Robert and Viola Hale Osborne. She retired from American Water Heaters after many years of dedicated service. PeeWee was an avid fan of Elvis Presley and found great joy in his music throughout her life.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Dean Williams; her daughter, Christine “Chris” Guy; her sister, Irene Lawson; and her two brothers, Wayland “Wade” Osborne and Robert “Tom” Osborne.
Left to cherish her memory are her twin sister and best friend, Gretta Blevins; her sister, Geneva Riddle; her son, Craig Williams; her three grandchildren, Robert, Andrew, and Logan Williams; her son-in-law, Daniel Guy; her caregivers, nephew Daniel Blevins and Mindy Tester; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made through the crowdfunding link available on the funeral home’s website, on her obituary page, to assist with funeral expenses.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Amedisys Hospice for their care and support.
