Lori A. Baker, 57, of Bloomington, Wisconsin, formerly of Platteville, Wisconsin, died at her home on Monday, November 17, 2025. A visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 PM, Friday, November 21, 2025, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, where there will be a time of sharing at 7:00 PM. The Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville. Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com.

Lori was born on December 3, 1967, in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, the daughter of Stephen Winn and Karen Catherine (Gehrke) Udelhofen. Lori was married to Allen Reuter and they had two sons, Corey and Josh, she was later married to Dennis Baker and they had a daughter, Alicia. Lori worked for the city of Platteville in the maintenance department for over 20 years. Lori loved working as a CNA for over 20 years where she most recently worked at Lancaster Health Services. Lori took great pride in caring for the residents. She also worked CNA in Cuba City and for Homeward Bound. Lori enjoyed tending to her flowers and keeping a tidy home. Lori always enjoyed having a good time with friends and loved spending time with her family.

Lori is survived her three children, Corey Reuter, Josh (Jenny Beals) Reuter and Alicia (Brett) Coulthard; four grandchildren, Brandon, Chase, Olivia and Rylee; love of her life, Adam Mergen; mother, Karen (Joby Mueller) Block; sister, Kim Holley; brothers, Kurt (Elizabeth) Udelhofen and Jeffrey (Tammi Jantzen) Udelhofen, her person, Katie Schwantes and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Stephen Winn Udelhofen and step-father, Cecil Block, nephew, Steve C. Brucklacher and Adam's mother, Jean Mergen.
