DESLOGE - Lori Ann Cassidy, formerly of Farmington, passed away on July 12, 2025 at NHC Nursing Home at the age of 50. She was born in Farmington on June 1, 1975, the daughter of Glen Penfield, Jr. and the late Diana (Barron) Penfield. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandparents and her aunt, Jody Davis.
Lori graduated from Farmington High School in 1994. Painting and drawing was a favorite hobby of Lori's and it was apparent from her creations that she was very artistic. She also loved decorating and listening to music. Her favorite holiday was always Halloween which she enjoyed celebrating. She was a proud and caring mother to her son, Brent.
Survivors include her Father, Glen Penfield, Jr. and his wife, Mary; Lori's son, Brent Cassidy, Jr.; two siblings, John W. Penfield and Jennifer (Allen Miller) Crawford; nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and extended family.
There will be a graveside service on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at Parkview Cemetery beginning at 2 p.m. Memorials, if desired, may be made in Lori's name to Farmington Pet Adoption Center, P.O. Box 45, Farmington, MO 63640. Share your condolences and memories at cozeanfuneralhome.com.
