Lori Michele Farrenkopf, age 57, of Brookfield, MO; lost her battle with breast cancer Saturday, August 12, 2023, with her family by her side.
Lori was the daughter of James Barclay and Janis Kay (Maas) DeBerry, and was born on August 16, 1965, in Palm Beach County, FL. On July 27, 2019, she was united in marriage to the love of her life Nathan Farrenkopf in the Twin Parks in Brookfield, MO. Lori liked to listen to all kinds of music from country to rock. She always had a good time shooting pool anywhere that would let her. She enjoyed cooking and baking. She especially liked making her famous salted caramels. Lori was a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan; she would even yell at the TV like the refs could hear her, the running joke was her shouting could be heard on the other side of town.
Lori had a great passion for life, she was very loving and caring. She loved taking care of her husband, family, and friends. If you have ever asked her how she was doing, she would reply back "I'm fine, but how are you doing?" She was never one to complain or to be fussed over. She was always there to lend a helping hand when needed. During the years Lori had lived in Brookfield, she has made several friends. She will be greatly missed by her many family and friends.
