Lori Ann McMullen, age 53 passed away on September 27th at the Billings Clinic following a three week battle with brain cancer. Her children, mother, and sister were with her.

Lori was born on November 20th, 1971 to Alice White and Jack McMullen in Ogden Utah, where her father was stationed in the air force. She joined her sister Lisa as her family moved to air force bases, in Biloxi Mississippi, and Rome Italy. Following her parents divorce her mom and the girls moved to Ranchester, WY. Lori attended grade school at Tongue River until her family moved to Gillette where she graduated from high school. Lori was an outstanding member of the debate team it was during high school, that Lori became an advid bronco fan. Lori attended Rocky Mountain College in Billings MT.

She earned her law degree at the University of Wyoming. She worked for the LSO in Cheyenne before moving to Sheridan to practice law with Lonabaugh and Riggs. When she left Lonabaugh And Riggs, she joined the Crowley Fleck law firm. And was responsible for establishing the Sheridan office where she was practicing at the time of her death.

In February 2007 Lori became a mother to Avery Alisa McMullen, in December 2009, Michael Stewart McMullen and Carter Willam McMullen joined the family. Lori loved her children and nothing was more important than their lives spent together and playing sports. She took them all over the U.S to participate.

The family spent Christmas on Captiva Island Florida. Captiva was one of Loris favorite places. In June following Avery's High-school graduation, she and the kids spent three weeks in Hawaii. She mentioned many times how happy she was to spend the time with her Ohana.

Lori served on boards in Sheridan which include the Hub on Smith, the Whitney Foundation, and the Children Center board.

Lori is Survived by her children, Avery, Michael, and Carter McMullen, her mother Alice White, and her sister Lisa McMullen. She is also survived by her uncle Bill White, Rhonda Kluess, her uncle Jim McMullen, numerous cousins and their family's: Beth White, Joe White, Tom White, Will White, and Chris Olivera. She is also survived by her beloved fur babies, Bella, daisy, and ash.

She was preceded in death by her father Jack McMullen, her step mother Diane McMullen, her aunt Dorothy Olivera, and her cousin Nancy Olivera.

Lori provided for her family and the family suggest that any contributions that people would like to make be made to The Kessler family at KesslerStrong who have fought the battle for almost a year. Loris family also suggest that donations can be made in Loris memory to the Sheridan Booster Club, in the care of Sheridan High-School, 1056 long Drive, Sheridan WY. 82801

A Celebration Of Life will be held at 3 o'clock at Champion Kane Funeral home on October 8th, 2025, with a reception to immediately follow. Following the reception a private family Inurnment will take place.
