Lorraine Marion Cesarini

Lorraine Marion Cesarini, 76, of Westminster, originally of Baltimore, passed away on March 5, 2026. Born August 6, 1949, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Charles Irvin Jenkins and Mary Veronica (Wenski) Jenkins. She was predeceased in death by sister Marie "Terry" Sands.

Lorraine loved going to the beach, especially Ocean City, playing Scrabble, dancing, listening to music and going shopping. Shopping was an art for her. She enjoyed going to the Westminster senior center and spending time with her family and friends. Lorraine was a very thoughtful, caring person, whose smile would brighten any room. Her greatest treasures were her boys and grandkids.

She is survived by her sons Robert Patrick Lusby and wife April and Richard Joseph Lusby and his wife Landa; brother Charles "Buck" Jenkins and sister Janice Flynn; grandchildren Kayla, Megan, Ryan, Scott, Luke and Kayla and great-grandchildren James, Sawyer, Mel, Sophie, Ana, Gwen and Zelda; many nieces and nephews and her BFF forever Dorothy "Dot" Moore.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 5-7 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster, MD. A funeral service will begin at 7 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens 5598 Trumps Mills Rd, Baltimore, MD on Friday, March 13, 2026 at 11 am.
