Lorraine C. Guerra, 95, of Canton MA and formerly of Milford MA died Saturday (June 14, 2025) at the Hellenic Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canton MA after a period of declining health.

Lorraine was born Milford MA, the daughter of the late Harold T. Guerra and the late Hortense (Da Silva) Guerra. She attended Milford public schools graduating from Milford High School. She was also a graduate of the Burdett Business School in Boston MA.

Lorraine had been employed for many years as a bookkeeper at Dennison's Manufacturing located in Framingham MA.

Lorraine had been a longtime resident of Milford, until moving to Canton MA in 2024.

Lorraine is survived by her nieces: Andrea D. Guerra of San Francisco, CA and Lya D. Guerra and Carla A. Guerra and nephews: Peter D. Guerra of Hopedale, MA and Marc D. Guerra, Ph.D, Professor of Theology at Assumption University, Worcester, MA ; and her sister-in-law: Barbara A. Guerra of Hopedale MA.

Lorraine was the sister of the late Harold Guerra, John Guerra and Marc Guerra.

A Graveside Committal Service will be held Wednesday (June 18th) at 11:30am in St. Mary's Cemetery, Cedar Street, (Rte 85) in Milford MA. There are no funeral home visiting hours. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, 44 Congress Street, Milford MA. There are no funeral home visiting hours.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The Dementia Society of America @ www.dementiasociety.org .
