Lorraine T. Weinhardt (nee Mignone), age 75, of Sewell, NJ, passed away on September 6th, 2025.
Born in Camden, NJ she grew up in Berlin and graduated from Camden Catholic Highschool in 1968. Following her passion for taking care of others, she went on to become a Registered Nurse after graduating from Cooper Hospital School of Nursing in 1972. She dedicated her career to caring for those in need, first at Greenbriar Nursing Home in Deptford, where she spent many years serving patients with compassion, and later at Lighthouse Hospice, where she provided comfort and support to countless families before retiring. She was known for her kindness, her caring spirit and the pride she took in her work. Beyond her career, she lived a life filled with warmth and connection. She enjoyed being social, always keeping in touch with friends and family near and far, and cherished her yearly trips to Nantucket. At Christmas, she lovingly carried on her tradition of making grave blankets for many, a gesture that reflected her thoughtful and giving heart.
Beloved wife of H. Thomas Weinhardt. Devoted mother of Lisa Pucci (Justin). Dear sister of Dennis Mignone (Kathy) and Patricia Mignone. Loving grandmother of Daniel and Alyssa Pucci. Lorraine is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday, September 12th, 2025, from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM, at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE, BERLIN, NJ, 08009. Funeral Service will begin at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin, NJ.
