Lorrie Ann Kelley, 56, passed away at Baptist Hospital in Fort Smith, Sunday, November 2, 2025.
Born February 6, 1969, at Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Lorrie was a daughter of the late Jack & Norma Kelley.
She was reared and educated in Sheridan before later moving to White Hall, where she spent most of her working years alongside her father at K & K Auto Salvage. Lorrie did a little bit of everything at work, from driving trucks hauling iron to being a mechanic when needed until becoming legally blind. The loss of sight couldn't slow her down, she continued working on motors, pulling parts and tinkering on things around the salvage yard.
Lorrie loved her family immensely; although she didn't have children, she loved her friend's children and her nieces & nephews as if they were her own.
A force to be reckoned with, she was always having fun, acting silly, and generally causing some sort of havoc somewhere, which earned her the nickname, "Crazy Lorrie", as she was affectionately known by her family.
In addition to her parents, Lorrie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arnold and Jessie Attebery & Eunice and Nell Halford; a sister, Earlynn Elkins; a brother-in-law, Dale Foster; nephews, Michael Traywick & Little David Biggs; and nieces, Sarah Elkins & Samantha Wagner.
She is survived by her sisters, Linda Foster of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, and Connie Wagner (Tim) of Sheridan; brothers, Bruce Kelley Greene and Robert Kelley Greene, both of White Hall, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving family & friends; and her beloved feline fur-baby, Babygirl.
Graveside services will be at a later date.
