Lottie Cross Obituary
Lottie was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Rosa Cheeves; husband Lewis Cross, and sister Georgia Maddox.
Lottie Belle is survived by daughters, Karen A. Maloy of Huntsville AL, Nancy M. Butler of Florida, and Sandra D. Butler; of Syracuse, NY; sons, Anthony R. (Cathy) Butler of Fairfax VA and Cleo R. (Karen) Butler, Jr. of Syracuse, NY; 16 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 21 great great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. A special mention goes to her granddaughter LaToya M. Gaston whom she raised.
A celebration of Lottie's life is being held on Monday, August 11, 2025. Calling hours: 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. with a funeral service to follow from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at Mt. Carmel Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1936 Midland Avenue, Syracuse. Services will also be streamed live via Zoom videoconferencing. Meeting ID: 881 9351 6469, Passcode: 025894.
