Louella Cray Obituary
She was raised with two brothers and four sisters, all whom have proceeded her in death.
She married Alvin (Mike) Cray on June 30, 1949, and was married 65 years until his death. This union produced seven children; Patrick (Sherry) Cray, Lamont (Ann) Cray, Rebecca (Jerry) Hendricks, Lucinda (Larry) Gray, Clifford (Eugenia) Cray, Joseph Cray, Barbara (Lee) Rankin.
A mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Mom loved the babies.
She had a strong Faith, a great sense of humor, was an accomplished seamstress and supportive of Mike's endeavors. She volunteered her time to many clubs and organizations, donating more than five gallons of blood to the Blood Bank. One of her favorite things was hosting large gatherings with family and friends.
Although her body wore out, she was mentally sharp. She greeted everyone, calling them by name. When asked how she was doing, her response was always, 'just great.'
She was looking forward to Heaven.
Private interment was at the Lebanon IOOF Cemetery. Huston-Jost Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
