Early Labor Day morning, September 1, 2025 at St Mary's Hospital, Louis peacefully transitioned to his heavenly home to reunite with his father, the Late Mr. William L. Butler.
He leaves to cherish fond memories to: his Mother Gracie R. Robinson Butler; two sisters Gracie Henderson and Margaret Troutman (brother-in-law, Steven Troutman); three brothers, William Butler (Beverly Butler, sister-in-law), Herbert Butler Sr (Brenda Butler, sister-in-law) and Haywood Butler Sr (Annette Butler, sister-in- law); a host of aunts, Kathleen Jones (Robert (BOB) Jones, husband), Jacqueline Perry, Marion Royal and Becky Robinson; one uncle L. V. Robinson (Ann Robinson, wife); one niece Lisa Butler; eight nephews, James Baker (Stephanie Baker, wife), Phillip Baker (Jeneya Baker, wife), Quincy Butler, Aubrey (AJAY) Mallory, Herbert Butler Jr, Haywood Butler, Jr, LeMark Butler, DeVar Butler; and a host of many great nieces and nephews.
