Louis James DiBiccari

DiBiccari, Louis J., of Lynnfield, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 81 years of age.

Born in Winthrop, Massachusetts, on September 2, 1943, Louis was the cherished son of the late Louis and Arline (Salza) DiBiccari and stepson of the late Nathan Fishman.

Louis was a devoted family man whose greatest joy was the life he built with his beloved wife of over 56 years, Georgann (Colucci) DiBiccari. Together, they shared a bond of love and friendship that was an inspiration to all who knew them.

He was the proud and cherished father of Louis James DiBiccari III and his fiancé Meredith, Michael DiBiccari and his wife Hala, Matthew DiBiccari and his wife Ani, and Neil DiBiccari and his wife Christina. Nothing brought Louis greater pride than watching his children grow into the lives they created, and he celebrated each of their accomplishments with endless encouragement and love.

Louis held the title of "Papa" most dear, and he treasured every moment spent with his adored grandchildren Cameron, Brynn, and Bennett, who lit up his world with joy and laughter.

He was the dear brother of the late Alberta Gately and shared a special bond with his faithful canine companion, Bodhi, who never left his side. Louis also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and countless friends whose lives were touched by his kindness, generosity, and humor.

Family and friends will honor Louis's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home ~ North Shore Chapel, 10 Chestnut Street, Peabody, on Friday, September 5th from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Assumption Church, 17 Grove Street, Lynnfield, on Saturday, September 6th at 10:00 A.M. Please meet directly at the church to join the family in prayer and remembrance.

In keeping with Louis's lifelong love of animals, the family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in his name to the Northeast Animal Shelter, 347 Highland Ave, Salem, MA 01970.
