Morelli, Louis A., 80, of Oakdale, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Rose Morelli. He is survived by his wife, Jammie; daughters, Gina, Kim (Todd) Daddario, and Angela; grandkids, Anthony (Brinna), Marco, and Elena; sisters, Syliva Sorini and Donna Morelli; and many nieces; nephews; and other family and friends.
Louis was a lifelong Eastsider. He started working at 18 years old for Morelli's Liquor and for the last 45 years worked alongside his cousin, Jimmy Morelli, before he retired at 75 years old. Louis enjoyed going on trips, eating good food, and especially watching the movie the Godfather. Family was everything to him and he loved his time with spent with them. He will be deeply missed.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM on Friday, February 16, 2024 at the Church of the Assumption, 51 7th St W, St Paul, MN 55102, with visitation beginning at 8:30 AM until the time of Mass.
