Louis Reynaud Obituary

Published by Legacy on Sep. 11, 2025.
Louis Favrot Reynaud IV of Cumming, GA died peacefully on July 14th, 2025 with his wife by his side. He was born February 23rd, 1951 in Atlanta, GA to Drs. Louis and Virginia Reynaud and raised with his two sisters.

He attended Marist High School and Georgia State University which led him to his first taste in real estate in Houston, Texas. He then moved onto the Fort Myers and Naples, Florida area where he began his career in land development and building. It is here that he met his wife, Kelly, and they started their family of five. His love of Georgia called him back to the Atlanta area where they raised their children and he continued in real Estate for the next 35 years.

Louis is survived by his two sisters, Christine Dunn (John) and Suzanne King (Thad). He also leaves behind his wife of 44 years and three children, Louis (Heather), Chelsey (Peter), and Jennifer Gulati (Raghav).

He was just beginning his time as "Papa Lou" to Alexander, Laith, Penny, and Maya.

Louis had a very giving heart and he would go out of his way to provide his expertise, donate groceries to those in need, or help anyone who was in distress.

He was the life of the party and truly loved to start up conversations with everyone and anyone. It is in that spirit that we will be having a celebration of his life in the near future and we will eat cake in his honor.
