"Uncle" Les was such an important part of my childhood and young adult years. He was not only the best godfather but a wonderful friend to my father and our family. I remember so many laughter filled times and of course there´s the iconic picture of Les and my dad (Gibby) climbing the rafters at the Giant game which was published in the book "The Giants of New York". Thank you Uncle Les for your love, laughter and loyalty.

Les, entire Russo Family & Friends, My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. God blessed your Dad with a long and well lived Life. We thank him for his service to our country and Greenwich community. Back in the 60's your Dad and mine, Frank Clarke organized and promoted the annual Charity Softball games between the Greenwich Police Dept. and the Local 1040 Paid Greenwich Firefighters. The 1st time I ever witnessed a painted grapefruit to look like a softball ! These would be used on occasion during these legendary games as a Fan favorite experience. My Dad also played for the Shea Shamrocks as Basketball was his 1st love and game of choice. May God continue to bless the Russo Family. With sympathy, Pat Clarke & Family
