Louie was one of my late husband´s best friends. They had many laughs and adventures together. Michael would always tell me about the time that he went on a road trip, I think to Florida, with Louie and Frank. Now, this is about the donuts they bought, there was one donut left, one of them wanted it, but in a flash another guy ate it!!! Isn´t that what friends are for .
I will always remember Louie as a calm and happy person, now happy forever

Louie...a wonderful man and childhood friend.. it was an honor and a privilege to be a part and hopefully a comfort to him during his long, brave and optimistic fight... he was a strong, humble man overwhelmed with love and devotion to his family and friends.. May you rest in comfort in Our Lords arms as you reunite with all those who went home before you... God bless you dear old friend.. till we meet again. With love, Anita

To all the Salto family especially Betty, Andrea and Laura:
Loui was such a faithful friend to my brother DR. MICHAEL CARUNCHIO and a blessing to the rest of the CARUNCHIO family that knew him. Also memories of his parents are still a vivid blessing as well. My brother MICHAEL often recalled the antics of the inseparable: Huey, Dewey and LOUI. That would be my brother MICHAEL, FRANK REVILINI and LOUI. I remember especially their trips to Florida in MICHAEL´S little orange super beetle. There was a time MICHAEL spoke of the three of them were laughing so hard on their way to Florida that MICHAEL had to pull over so they could get out and fall on the ground laughing. LOUI and BETTY were also there for my brother when he was losing his battle with Lynphoma in 2014.
May the Peace of God surround you all and give you comfort and gratitude for the precious gift of LOUI´S life as a son, husband, brother, father, grand father and friend.
For His glory ALONE,
Barbara Carunchio
