Big Lou was loved by all! I mean he carried himself like nothing could defeat him and that positivity spread throughout the CECOM community, whether it was Fort Monmouth or the dreaded APG that momentarily took him away from his family, but he continued to look on the bright side of life! I will always cherish our relationship and remember the positive impact you had on our team of Tech Writers, Commanded by Mr. Bobby Harris BC, who knew exactly how to use the skills that Big Lou possessed. Till we meet again my friend! TWLTW!

My condolences to Trish and the family. I worked with Lou at APG, and he was a guy of character. His jokes and love for Trish was never ending. Rest in Paradise Lou, say hello to Phil for me.

Dear Vincelli family,
I met Louie through my friendship with Tricia at the chocolate shop. He was a kind and friendly man. Always eager to chat and talk about his passion for gardening . I know he will be greatly missed, especially by Tricia! They had deep love connection that doesn´t come along these days. Love and peace your way.
