In Loving Memory of Louise D. Castellucci
December 24, 1938 – October 21, 2025

With heavy hearts we share the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Louise D. Castellucci, on October 21, 2025. She was 86 years old and the heart of her family who meant everything to her.

Born on Christmas Eve in 1938, Louise was a gift to everyone who knew her. She is the daughter of the late Louis and Vincenza Lancione. Louise was proud of her Italian heritage, she created a life centered around family, love, and celebration. Her home was always filled with the aroma of her amazing cooking and inviting décor. Whether it was a Sunday dinner or a holiday feast, she made every gathering feel special down to the very last detail.

Louise was the devoted wife of the late Joseph Castellucci. She was the loving mother of Karen Gargaro (Joe), Leslie Schneider (Dale), AmyJo Butteri (Gregg), and Kristen Schneider (Frank). She was the proud grandmother to ten grandchildren and a cherished great-grandmother to eight great-grandchildren. Sister of Rose Marie Walker (Walter), Helen LaMark (Daniel) and the late Libby Zapparelli (Gene). Her family was her greatest joy, and she never missed an opportunity to cheer, comfort, or celebrate with them. She was always there with her strength, wisdom, unconditional love, and vibrant personality.

Louise enjoyed traveling and embraced adventure, especially spending winters in the Florida sun. She found joy in music, dancing, and making memories with the people she loved most.

She was the best mother with impeccable style. Her love, traditions, and spirit will live on through her family and all who were blessed to know her.

Family and friends will gather for a visitation on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 2:00-8:00 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care 5405 Steubenville Pike Robinson Township, PA 15136. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 10:00 am at Holy Trinity Church 5718 Steubenville Pike Robinson Township, PA 15136 followed by committal prayers at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at http://stjude.org in Louise's honor or Clear Thoughts Foundation supporting Alzheimer's Research at http://clearthoughtsfoundation.org
