Louise Frame Obituary

Louise Edna Frame, 98, a resident of Sherwood Oaks in Cranberry Township, died Friday, Oct. 7, 2022. Born May 11, 1924, in Hopewell Township, to Dixie Hewlett Rickard and Byrd Rickard; grew up in Virginia; wife of Yale A. Frame, deceased in 1998. Deceased brothers were Monroe Rickard, of Virginia, and James Rickard, of Fair Oaks. Deceased sisters were Mae Holsinger, of Timberville, Va., and Clara Prusin, of Aliquippa. Mrs. Frame was a graduate of Carnegie Tech's (CMU) Margaret Morrison College, Class of 1960 with a B.S. in home economics and English. She taught for 24 years in Cornell School District, retiring in 1985. The Frames lived in Edgeworth for 40 years before retiring to Sherwood Oaks in 1995. Memorial gifts can be sent to Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Road, Renfrew, PA 16053 or to Sherwood Oaks Landscape Committee. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to BOYLAN-GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 219 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, PA 16063. .
