Lovona “Bucket” Strain, 76, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2026 in Fort Worth.
Bucket was born October 27, 1949 in Ballinger to the late Leonard Earl and Robbie Lee (Pittman) Jones.
Bucket was a free spirit who lived life to the fullest. She welcomed everyone into her and her kids life. She was loved by many. She loved everyone in her life. She will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her Sweetie Randal “Chub” Price Moore and her son Tito Nelson Thomas.
Survivors are her ex husband Glen Thomas in Kansas, son Eric Thomas and wife Paige of Duncanville, Tx, daughter Tesa Smith and husband Joe Smith. Her sister Molly Jones of Alaska. She has several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
