Loyce Wayne Miller of Mustang, Oklahoma (formerly of Heavener, Oklahoma) was born July 17, 1948 in Greenville, Texas to Otis Miller and Ruby Arlee (Morris) Miller and passed away August 28, 2025 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 77.

He is survived by:

One daughter:

Sasha Miller Gilbert and husband Richard of Houston, Texas

One step-daughter:

Amy Lynn Green of Denver, Colorado

One step-son:

Gary Don Wiles and wife Nicola of Edmond, Oklahoma

One brother:

Max Roberts of Heavener, Oklahoma

Six grandchildren:

Corinne Ariana Gilbert, Alex Hayden Wiles, Ashten Nicholas Wiles, Hailey Kate Wiles, Cieana Elyse Gilbert, and Ethan Jude Wiles

Two nephews:

Dylan Roberts and wife Kaci of Heavener, Oklahoma

Jimmy Miller and wife Joann of Minco, Oklahoma

One niece:

Nancy Williams and husband David of Siloam Springs, Arkansas

Numerous other relatives and a host of friends

He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis Miller and Ruby Roberts; his step-father, George "Doc" Roberts; his wife, Donna Miller; two brothers, Gene and Raymond Miller.

Loyce, a longtime resident of the Mustang community, passed away leaving behind cherished memories. A proud 1966 graduate of Heavener High School, he furthered his education at Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton and Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Loyce devoted his professional life to Commercial Distributing, Inc. as an Accountant. Beyond his career, Loyce had a passion for sports, especially golf, and was a devoted fan of the Oklahoma Sooners. He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him for his warm spirit and enthusiasm for life.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home of Heavener, Oklahoma.
