Lucas Edwards Obituary
Born on June 8, 2007 in West Chester, PA, he was the son of Tania Rubini Edwards of Virginia Beach, VA and Steven D. Edwards of Honey Brook. Lucas graduated from Kellam High School in Virginia Beach with the Class of 2024. He currently was employed at Knox Equipment Rentals and was to attend Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology this fall. Lucas was known for his joyful spirit, quick wit, and natural gift for entertaining those around him. Friends remember him as "funny, happy-go-lucky, creative, hardworking, full of ideas, and just a great person to be around." His family will forever cherish his fearless nature, entrepreneurial drive, unique perspective on life, and his uncanny ability to find a way to make things work in his favor.
In addition to his parents, Lucas is survived by brothers, Cameron Merlino (Linda) and Jared Edwards (Delaney); and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Sunday, April 27, 2025 from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335. A service will follow beginning at 1 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
