She was a member of Longview Baptist Church where she loved to attend, sing and enjoy fellowship with the ladies of her Sunday school class.

Her 6 grandchildren, Jason (Paula) Wright, Jamie Wright (Jessica), Justin Wright (Corrie), Sunni Cannon (Buddy), Trey Hammond, Kaitlyn Bebee (Robbie), Lana McMahen (Larry), and Chad Jolly; 18 great grandchildren, Elisa Wright, Regan Hall (Mitch), Hunter Flick, Evonnie Fowler, Dylan (Hailey) Thomas, Drake Cannon (Alicia), Dayne Cannon, Tiffany Corley (Toby), Jace Hammond, Jensen Hammond, Carter Gillette, Tyler Accardo, Aubrey Bebee, Aaliyah Bebee, Jace Bebee, Jayden Bebee, Lauren McMahen, Landon McMahen, and Cade Jolly; 3 great great grandsons, Garrett Cannon, Cooper Corley, Owen Flick and 1 great great granddaughter, Miller Kate Thomas arriving in Feb 2025. MeMe knew that she was having a girl before anyone else.
Lucille had many names. She was Momma to Pik and her children, Aunt Luke to her nieces and nephews but one of her favorite names was Meekie, MeMe and Meemz to all her grandkids. She was the best secret keeper, and man oh man the secrets she is now taking to her grave. She will be missed every minute of every day, but we will be reminded of her "Memeisms" and be able to laugh through the sadness. Her cooking was like no other, from fruit cakes, smothered potatoes and of course roast with rice and gravy.
Pallbearers honored to serve are Jason Wright, Jamie Wright, Justin Wright, Trey Hammond, Buddy Cannon & Robbie Bebee. Honorary pallbearers honored to serve are Mitch Hall, Kade Fortenberry, Dylan Thomas, Drake Cannon, Dayne Cannon, Jace Hammond, Jensen Hammond, Carter Gillette, Tyler Accardo, Jace Bebee, Jayden Bebee, Toby Corley, Cody Barrett and Dwayne Krumrey.
Our family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to Oak Haven Community Care for the amazing care provided throughout these last few months. Their kindness, words of encouragement and going the extra mile will never be forgotten. Also, to her nurses, Tahnee, Dallas and Sherika we love you and thank you for everything. You all are fulfilling your purpose through Christ in caring for others. We are certain that Meme will have a honey bun and Coke Zero waiting for Sherika.
