Lucille Florene Morgan, 71, of Cleveland, departed this life peacefully on March 21, 2024, at her home with her family at her side.

She was born on July 3, 1952, in Delano, Tennessee to the late Milburn and Lucille Gibson Plumley.

Throughout life, Mrs. Lucille was known for her charm and kindness to everyone she interacted with.   A few of her most cherished memories were the countless hours spent with her family and friends.  Those who knew her loved her very much and she will be deeply missed.

In addition to her parents, Milburn and Lucille Plumley, she was preceded in death by one son, Gary Lowe; sisters, Brenda Plumley McDade, Ann Cummings, and Ernestine Cummings; one granddaughter, McKinnzi Rogers.

Left to cherish the many memories include her loving husband, Marvin S. Morgan; children, Timothy Lowe, Tracy Rogers, and bonus daughter, Sandy (Larry) Headrick; one brother, Steve (Lynette) Plumley; grandchildren, Nicole (Cody) Brown, Jesse (Caroline) Lowe, Kaitlyn Lowe, Tyler (Brittany) Rogers, Conner Lowe, and Kelsey Rogers; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2024, in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home of Benton, with Pastor Pete Morgan and Pastor Ray Ingram officiating.

Family and friends will gather from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

A graveside committal service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Meadow Fork Baptist Church Cemetery with her family serving pallbearers.
