Lucille D. Morrison

Lucille D. Morrison, 98, of Bloomsburg passed away on Tuesday April 11, 2023 at Bloomsburg Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born September 16, 1924 in Catawissa, a daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Hill) Snyder.
She attended Tank School in Catawissa and Shepton High School. Lucille enjoyed knitting, crocheting, baking, but most of all spending time with her family.
Lucille is survived by three sons; Daniel Morrison wife Peggy of The Villages Florida, Bruce Morrison of Catawissa, Herbert Morrison of Bloomsburg, three grandchildren; Amy Morrison, Rebecca Morrison, Valerie Stum, eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. As well as brother Carl Snyder of Catawissa, and three sisters; Geraldine McWilliam of Bloomsburg, Mary Lou Wolfe of Catawissa, and Linda Huffman of Catawissa.
Lucille was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband John Morrison who passed away on April 12, 2008, grandson Aaron Morrison, five brothers; Leonard, James, Kenneth, Donald, and Dale Snyder, and sister Emma Stanchock.
Services will be Wednesday April 19, 2023 at 11:00 am at Canby Lutheran Church, 529 Millertown Road, Bloomsburg with Pastor Stanley Bower officiating. Burial will follow at Canby Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 am until time of service.
