Lucinda Duncan Obituary
Funeral services for Lucinda Michelle Duncan, age 53, will be held Sunday, December 10, 2023 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home with interment to follow at Oakdale Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Connor Thomas and Mrs. Caylyn Thomas will officiate the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be Shane Roberson, Chuck Odom, Ethan Cox, Billy Grace, Larry Dean, and Dustin Duncan.
Ms. Duncan was born in Loris, SC on April 6, 1970 to the late Mitchell Strickland and the late Janice G. Duncan Graham. She was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church. She was a master cosmetologist, loved to dance, and skate. She enjoyed collecting arrow heads and writing poetry. She passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her step father, Wendell Graham; uncles, Wayne Duncan, Ricky Duncan, and Greg Spivey; aunt, Debra Duncan; and grandmother, Lucille Duncan.
She is survived by her son, Dustin Duncan (Mackenzie Reeves) of Tavares, FL; uncles, Tony Duncan, Jeff Duncan (Peggy), and Floyd Spivey, Jr. (Martha); aunt, Justeen Newton (Eric); sister in love, Holly Roberson of Lumber City; several cousins; and fur baby, Walker.
